The Silk Route Charity invites you and your family to celebrate Eid Al-Adha with the community at the Hiltingbury Recreation Centre (Scouts Hut), Hiltingbury Road, SO53 5NP on Sunday 16th June 2024.
Please join us for the Eid Salah to make it a memorable event for you and your family.
Due to the limited capacity of the hall and for health and safety reasons we have split the Eid Salah into two jamaats.
The event is free, but we require everyone to register for crowd control. Avoid double booking. Check with your family before booking. SRC admin will remove any double bookings without warning.
Please reserve your place here for one of the jamaats.
Please bring prayer mats and a bag for your shoes.
The hall has two entrances, one for the men and the other for the women. Please check the map below for guidance. There will be volunteers around to help guide you to the correct entrance.
Parking on site is limited. Feel free to park on Pine Road which is a few steps away from the hall. There is a path from Pine Road which goes directly to the hall.
Following the prayers there will be a community picnic. Please bring along food and drinks to share. Tea and coffee will be provided by the SRC.
There will be some activities organised by the SRC but please feel free to bring anything else with you which will make the day enjoyable for all.
