It’s a beautiful opportunity to connect as a community\, reflect\, and appreciate the blessings of the holy month with friends\, neighbours\, and family. \nThe Silk Route Charity is pleased to invite you to our Community Iftar at: \n📍 Pavilion on the Park\n1 Kingfisher Road\nEastleigh SO50 9LH\n📅 Saturday 14th March 2026. \nFood & What to Bring\nThis is a shared Iftar\, so we kindly ask attendees to: \n\nBring food for their own family members\nBring extra to share\, if they are able\nInclude something to drink\nBring prayer mats for use during the evening\n\nTicket Information\nTo help manage numbers and ensure everyone has a comfortable experience\, attendance is limited to 140 places\, and tickets must be booked in advance. There is one ticket type available. \n\nCommunity Iftar Ticket – £2.50 per person\nEach attendee requires a ticket.\nChildren under 1 year old attend free of charge and do not require a ticket.\n\nTickets help cover the cost of the hall booking\, with any remaining proceeds supporting The Silk Route Charity and its work towards future community events and a community centre. \nFood & Safety Disclaimer\nThis is a shared community meal. Attendees consume food at their own discretion and are responsible for checking ingredients and dietary suitability\, including allergies. By participating\, attendees acknowledge and accept any associated risks. \nYour support not only helps make this Iftar possible\, but also contributes to strengthening our wider community. \nWe look forward to welcoming you for an evening of togetherness\, generosity\, and reflection.

DESCRIPTION:The Silk Route Charity warmly invites you and your family to celebrate Eid Al-Fitr with the community at the Hiltingbury Recreation Centre (Scouts Hut)\, Hiltingbury Road\, SO53 5NP on Friday 20th March 2026. \nJoin us for the Eid Salah and celebrate this special day together with friends\, family\, and the wider community. \nEid Salah\nDue to the limited capacity of the hall and for health and safety reasons\, the Eid Salah will be held in three separate jamaats. \nSalah Timings\n07:00 – Jamaat\n09:45 – Jamaat\n10:30 – Jamaat \nPlease arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your chosen prayer time and bring your own prayer mat. \nEntrance to the Hall \nThe hall has two separate entrances\, one for men and one for women. \nPlease check the map below for guidance. Our volunteers will also be available on the day to help guide you to the correct entrance. \n \nParking\nParking on site is limited. \nAdditional parking is available on Pine Road\, which is just a short walk from the hall. There is a path from Pine Road that leads directly to the venue. \nIf possible\, please consider walking or car-sharing to help reduce congestion.
