DESCRIPTION:Join us for an afternoon of fun sports and getting together with family and friends! \n📅 Saturday 8th August 2026\n🕑 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM\n📍 Hiltingbury Scouts Hut\, SO53 5NP \nAll families welcome\, come along for friendly games\, activities\, and a chance to catch up with the community. Pizza and refreshments will be provided\, and we’d love for you to bring along some picnic bits to share too! \nTicket Information\nThere is one ticket type available: \nSports Day Ticket – £3.50 per person\nEvery attendee requires a ticket\, regardless of age (except as noted below).\nChildren under 1 year old attend free of charge and do not require a ticket. \nAny proceeds beyond covering event costs will go towards supporting The Silk Route Charity’s future community events and our community centre project. \nFood & Safety Disclaimer\nFood at this event is shared picnic-style\, including contributions from attendees.
