Researching the Third Sector: Reporting on Empirical Work

TSRC hosted the recent Voluntary Sector Studies Network (VSSN) Day Seminar at Network House in Birmingham.

The programme covered a broad spectrum of research on the voluntary sector. Five papers were presented, each reporting on recent and ongoing empirical work examining different aspects of the third sector. These were volunteering, impact, income inequality, wages and managing change in the third sector.
